CONGRATULATIONS ON THE COURAGE TO CHANGE

I am so excited that you have chosen to take your first step to unleashing joy and walking the journey to a joy-filled life!

Joy Unleashed: the Journal  was lovingly designed with you in mind. While I don’t know your name and story (yet!), I  do know that each person is unique, with their own beautiful story, strengths and thoughts. To ensure true change, you need to access tools the way your unique brain, mind and soul need.

On this page, you will find:

  • The links to each of the supplemental videos from Joy Unleashed: The Journal. I’m an educator at heart, and believe the more knowledge you have, the easier it is to change. Check out the videos <insert link> for each module.

  • For you overachievers, or in case you just like to journal A TON, extra downloadable journal/investigation pages to continue the journey to Joy Unleashed.

As an extra bonus for being so brave AND for actually reading this far, here’s a link to download an emotion wheel (a fav of my clients)  so you can take the Joy Unleashed strategies one step deeper and identify how you actually feel - trust me, it’s more difficult than you think.

AND, here’s the best part! If you need someone to hold you accountable to the journey (I know I often do), book a free chat with me and let’s talk about how the Joy Coaching can ramp up your journey to thriving!

There are many ways to walk this journey, because there is no one program that fits all. So let’s chat about your unique needs and how you can change the way you see the world, for a lifetime.

Mattie Branding-3.jpg

There are so many things I didn’t understand about how my brain works in the mental chaos. Some of the best things I learned is that I don’t have to be perfect and there isn’t a quick fix for my anxiety. Mattie really helped me find the tools that were right for me and her compassionate accountability was important in the process.
